Training
The system is only as good as the registry using it.
Most failed document management projects were not defeated by the software. They were defeated by nobody being taught the filing discipline it depends on.

Why we teach it ourselves
We run the archive, so the standards we teach are the ones we are held to. The examples in the room are real registries with real problems rather than a generic curriculum.
Most institutions prefer a closed session for their own staff using their own file structure. We also run open sessions where a department only needs to send two or three people.
Training for your registry.
