Accessibility
Accessibility of this website
Public sector procurement increasingly asks about this, so here is a straight answer rather than a claim of full compliance.
What we have done
Semantic HTML with a single main landmark on every page and a skip link to it. Headings run in order. Every image is either described or marked decorative. Colour contrast between text and background meets or exceeds the AA threshold throughout. The site works from the keyboard alone, and focus is visible. Text reflows to 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling. Motion is disabled for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion. Form fields carry real labels rather than placeholder text standing in for them.
What we have not done
The site has not been audited by a specialist, and it has not been tested with screen readers by people who rely on them. Until it has, we are not claiming conformance to a level. The measures above are what we built to, not what has been independently verified.
Known limitations
To be listed after testing. Any page or component that falls short should be named here with a date for fixing it. A page that lists nothing usually means nobody has looked.
Documents
PDFs and Word documents we publish are not yet tagged for screen readers. If you need any of them in an accessible format, ask and we will supply one.
Telling us about a problem
Write to info@docusoft-ng.com with the page and what went wrong. We will reply and say what we intend to do about it.
