Docusoft-ng provide outsource scanning, data capture, document management, document conversion and processing services.

Using our sophisticated Canon high speed duplex scanners and Laserfiche Capture software we have the capacity to scan over 500,000 pages per day into most formats including TIF,PDF, GIF or JPG. All scanning is performed to very strict quality standards with full logs kept for audit purposes.

BOOK SCANNING

We have specialised book scanners to delicately handle the scanning of even the most fragile book and documents without any contact to the original pages. This can be done in either b+w, grayscale or colour. Once scanned images can be converted into PDF, HTML, MS Word or other formats making them instantly accessible on the web and even full text searchable.

Scan On Demand

The company also provides onsite document scanning facilities. This enables you to store your documents offsite and receive fast digital retrieval. Documents are retrieved, scanned and uploaded to a secure ftp site for your immediate retrieval.

Data Entry

Our data keying bureau can type data from documents using single or double key entry giving high accuracy data input at low cost. Our operators can process hundreds of thousands of data fields per day at far lower cost than doing it in-house.

OCR conversion

We have developed our own sophisticated OCR and HTML conversion software which can accurately and cheaply convert large volumes of paper information into electronic form. The files we can supply include MS Office, HTML, SGML, XML, PDF, TXT, Spreadsheets and many more.

PDF conversion

Adobes Acrobat PDF is one of the most popular file formats for publishing technical or highly structured documentation on the web. Docusoft-ng offer specialist conversion services to this formats including conversion into all varieties of PDF and optional services to optimise them for web distribution.

Drawing Scanning

Over 5000 drawings can be stored on a CD-ROM making this a far more efficient form of storage than microfilming your drawings. We can also convert paper drawings into fully structured CAD files.

Microfilm scanning

We can scan your microfilms and archive them with all your other documents so any user can access them instantly from their desktop. Docusoft-ng can scan all forms of microfilms including rolls, microfiche, COM, 16mm up to full plate and even X-Rays and photographic negatives.
