Telemarketing Agents
We are currently recruiting for 2 new telemarketing agents who will be focused on generating new business leads and appointments for our Business Consultants. You will be targeted on the monthly production of fully qualified meetings and business oportunities with prospective clients at senior management and board level.
You should have exemplary and persuasive telephone skills and at least 1 years experience in dealing with software solution telemarketing sales to senior level contacts.

Internal Sales - Sales Department
We are looking to expand our sales team with the addition of an Internal Sales team member.
The applicants should have the ability to generate new leads, qualify incoming leads for the business consultants, handle sales team enquiries and administer customer orders. Applicants will be expected to have excellent telephone, customer service and communication skills and preferably 2 years experience within another IT company in a similar position.

Operations Team Member
We require a number of full and part time Document Preparation and Document Scanning staff to work
flexible shift patterns in our Operations team at St Albans.
Clerks will prepare a variety of different size and quality of documents in readiness for electronic
scanning and subsequent indexing. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a high level of speed,
accuracy and attention to detail to achieve our strict quality standards.

Pre and Post Sales Technical Support Engineers
We require 2 experienced Technical Support Engineers to operate from our St Alban's office.
Applicants should have at least 2 years experience in PC technical support as well as a good knowledge
of document management, workflow and imaging software. Engineers should have good communication skills with
clients and the ability to handle complex installations and training work on their own or with OEM support.
